The popular show "Grand Prix" will return this summer to TVE with significant changes in its format and team. Ramón García will once again lead the program, but he won't be alone. Ángela Fernández joins as the second host.
Fernández, known for her work on the radio at RNE with the program "Podría ser peor," is now making the leap to television after her recent stint on "Divas Calling" on RTVE Play. Meanwhile, Cristinini, who was Ramón García's right hand for two seasons, will not continue in this edition.

Regarding the team of hosts, Lalachus also stands out, who has been assigned as the main host following the controversy she starred in during the Campanadas. Her addition brings freshness to the show.
The "Grand Prix" will have fewer episodes than in previous seasons, but it expands its reach. In addition to being broadcast on La 1, the program will be available on Prime Video, which will act as a second window to reach more viewers.
The last season, which aired last summer, had a total budget of 5.3 million euros for ten episodes, which means about 530,000 euros per episode. Following that success, the network opted for three Christmas specials, with an investment of 1.18 million euros, although they didn't achieve the same audience, remaining at an 8% average.
In this new edition, the towns that will participate in the competition have also been announced. There will be ten localities from different Spanish provinces, selected to represent their communities.
The chosen municipalities are: Huelma (Jaén), L'Ollería (Valencia), San Sebastián de la Gomera (Isla de la Gomera, Tenerife), Herencia (Ciudad Real). Also L'Arboç (Tarragona), Celanova (Ourense), Urduliz (Vizcaya), Alagón (Zaragoza), Peñaranda de Bracamonte (Salamanca), and Cubas de la Sagra (Madrid).
These towns will compete in fun and classic challenges of the show that has become a staple of summer television.

New host alongside Ramón García
Besides the changes in hosts and the selection of towns, the format has been adapted to adjust its duration. The producers have decided to reduce the number of episodes to maintain the quality and freshness of the content.
The return of the "Grand Prix" represents an attempt by TVE to regain the audience of one of its most iconic shows, combining nostalgia with new features aimed at attracting new viewers.
The addition of Ángela Fernández brings a new dynamic to the team. She has extensive experience in radio and television, while Cristinini's departure marks the end of a well-received era.
Meanwhile, Lalachus will try to establish herself after her recent prominence in a controversial moment during the Campanadas. Now she will have the opportunity to shine in a different format, where her presence is expected to be well received by the audience.
The simultaneous broadcast on TVE and Prime Video will allow the "Grand Prix" to reach wider and more diverse audiences. It will adapt to new audiovisual consumption habits.
